What I believe and proclaim - this is in fairly basic terms:
1) God has a lot to say to us - that's what the Bible is.
2) We've all done things that make God sad. We call that sin.
3) Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose to life again 3 days later.
4) Accepting Jesus as our saviour is the only way to be accepted and forgiven by God.
5) When we believe, God puts the Holy Sprit in us.
6) The Holy Spirit enables us to do great things for God.
7) When we believe, we become part of the Church, God's people on earth.
8) The job of the church is to tell people about Jesus.
9) Jesus will return in person to wrap up history, defeat Satan and take us off to heaven.
10) God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit are all God.
